Essential information for your holiday

Our reception is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you don’t find us at the desk during these hours, please feel free to call us either on the reception phone or from your room phone by dialling 9.

If you’re arriving by bus, train, or plane and want to use public transport for the last leg of your trip, we have the perfect travel companion for you: the Mobilcard! It gives you unlimited free rides on all public transport throughout South Tyrol for the duration of your stay. Would you like to use the Mobilcard right from arrival? No problem  – just let us know in advance, and we’ll send it to you ahead of time.

Breakfast is served for both hotel and apartment guests from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Please do not take food or drinks from the buffet with you – however, we’d be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you upon request.

Rooms and apartments are cleaned daily, except for the kitchen area.

Please hang the red or green sign on your door:

• Green: Please clean the room.
• Red: Do not clean the room at all or clean it later. If the sign is still red by 12 lunchtime, we will assume you do not wish to be disturbed.

Please place any towels you’d like to have replaced in the shower.
If you’d like, we can also take care of the final cleaning of the kitchenette for you – for an additional charge of €50.00.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10 a.m.

If you would like to arrange a late check-out until 5 p.m., please contact the reception. A fee of 30% of the daily rate will apply.

In case of medical emergencies, fires, or mountain rescue, dial the central emergency number: 112.

The nearest pharmacy is Schlernapotheke in Kastelruth. For night and weekend service, please check the on-call pharmacy information here: https://gesundheit.provinz.bz.it/de/turnusapotheken?muni=21019.

Your four-legged friend is welcome to join you for breakfast in the lounge area. Please note that pets are not allowed in the main dining room.

We kindly ask that you ensure your pet does not disturb other guests.

If your pet is roaming freely in your room or apartment, please hang the red door sign. In that case, we will skip the room cleaning for the day.

At Martina Breakfast Lodge, plenty of parking spaces are available for our guests.

Please keep the spots with e-charging stations free for electric vehicles, and avoid parking in spaces marked “Private”.

If you’d like to use one of the charging stations, just let us know in advance – we’ll reserve a spot for you. You can then start the charging process easily via your smartphone.

Drinks and snacks from the vending machines are available at any time.

Thank you for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in the rooms, apartments, or dining area of our lodge.

Please inform us in writing if you wish to cancel your booking.

• Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge.
• For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, we charge 75% of the total booking amount.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

As our guest, you receive a 10% discount on equipment rentals at Alpin Sports – even online. Just use the promo code “martina” when reserving.

You can store your hiking boots and sports gear conveniently in the depot next to the parking entrance. A separate bike storage area is also available near the exit and can be accessed via a ramp.

You can reach the wellness area directly by elevator (floor -2). Towels are provided in your room. Bathrobes are available at reception for a one-time fee of €10.00 for the duration of your stay.

• Indoor pool: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Infrared cabin: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Sauna: 4.30 p.m. – 8 p.m. (Finnish sauna on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Bio sauna on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
